A Letter From the Director

“This year showed us — again — that when care and purpose come together, real change happens. It’s not just about helping individual students (though that alone would be enough). It’s about building a model that works for those who are too often left out.

Everyone who supported us this year didn’t just fund scholarships or programs — they chose to believe in something that actually matters. And we don’t take that lightly.

Every single student whose life was touched by this work — that’s a story. And honestly, each of those stories could be a full article, a podcast episode, a book chapter. Because when a young person gets the support they need at the right moment, it doesn’t just change their trajectory — it shifts everything around them, too.

Thank you for being part of this work. We’re proud of what we’ve done together — and even more excited about what’s ahead.”

Real Students. Real Change.
  • “I found the space to grow both as a mathematician and as a person. Small learning groups challenged me at my own level, and with that support I achieved a top-10 result in the Math Kangaroo Olympiad. The school encouraged me to build software to support the community and connected me with an industry IT specialist who offered personal mentoring, opening the door to real projects and career pathways in IT. Alongside my passion for mathematics and programming, I also discovered a love of literature, writing, and deep conversations.”
    — David, 15, Scholarship Student (gifted student)
  • “At Le Sallay, I transformed my early curiosity about complex systems into a clear passion for business analytics. Inspired by guest speakers and coursework, I have got my own month-long internship, worked on real projects, and later presented my insights to the school community. I also overcame a significant language gap, mastering English while engaging fully with a demanding curriculum across subjects. Beyond academics, I was elected to the student council, where I helped write bylaws, organized events, and became a trusted voice for the school people. Le Sallay gave me the space to grow into a determined, capable student who combines intellectual curiosity with leadership and perseverance.”
